Everything but the bagel bowls

Here it is, the everything but the kitchen sink / everything but the bagel bowl recipe that you can mix and match whatever you have on hand, roast it off, and throw it all together! 

In today's kitchen sink variety, I've been sure to mix in good complex carbs (brown rice, sweet potatoes) with lots of great protein (chicken, chickpeas) and good fit fats (olive oil, homemade honey mustard dressing, avocado)

When you're making your own, simply ask yourself what you have on hand that's a carb, fat and protein to help round it out for a great Regular Macro Day meal.
