The other day I was meeting with a broker that told me he was terrible at coming up with content ideas, and that it always felt hard to figure out what to say. ‍He then proceeded to have a normal conversation with me that had me asking follow up questions on HOW he did some of the things he did. He mentioned he had a few airbnb properties that brought him 10K in revenue the previous month - I stopped him and asked him what 3 things I needed to do if I were considering doing the same. He gave me a few tips and then I asked him “If I wanted to work with you, how would you direct me to do that?” He told me he’d be happy to find me the properties. I laughed and said - THAT WAS YOUR CONTENT.

Every day, you’re having countless conversations with others about your work. Maybe it’s client calls, or discovery calls, maybe it’s coaching sessions or workshops. Maybe it’s even conversations with clients telling them the next step in the process of working with you. Regardless, baked inside of those every day actions of your business lies MORE THAN ENOUGH content for you to get started in marketing your business online.

You just have to know how to look for the cues. Here’s the hint - if they ask follow up questions, that’s the sign that they’re interested. If they’re interested, it’s good content.
